SHIPPING

This Shipping Policy is subject to the Terms of Use for the Tiny Home Living website and governs shipment and delivery of any items you purchase through www.shoptinyhomeliving.com.

• No P.O. Boxes
  We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. All orders must ship to a valid street address. You are responsible for providing a complete address and contact phone number.

• Force Majeure
  Tiny Home Living and our carriers are not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, severe weather, acts of government, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

• Estimated Delivery Times
  Any estimates we provide are for your convenience only. We are not liable for missed dates or delivery-time guarantees.

Small Parcel Orders

• Shipped via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground

• Transit time: 3–7 business days after shipping

• No expedited or overnight options available online

Freight (LTL) Orders

• Delivered by truck Monday–Friday

• Requires an adult (18+) on-site to sign for delivery

• Carrier will call to schedule a delivery appointment

• Curbside delivery only (driver will unload to curb or driveway)

• Unpacking, placement, and debris removal are the customer’s responsibility

• Inspect all boxes before signing the bill of lading; if any box is crushed or leaking, refuse delivery and note damage on the BOL

• Expected transit: 10–14 business days after shipping

• Any assistance you provide to the driver is at your own risk; Tiny Home Living is not responsible for injuries during delivery

ASSEMBLY & INSPECTION

• Most products require assembly. Please inspect all crates and components immediately upon delivery.

• If a crate arrives damaged, take photos and refuse the shipment. Contact us within 48 hours at (517) 742-2395 or shipping@shoptinyhomeliving.com to arrange a replacement shipment.

• All shipments are insured against loss or damage in transit.

CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

• No Returns or Exchanges
  We do not accept returns or exchanges.

• Cancellations Before Shipment
  You may cancel an order prior to shipping subject to a 25 % restocking fee.

• Third-Party Purchases
  Orders placed through other retailers or marketplaces must be handled according to their policies.

• Custom & Non-Returnable Items
  Custom, personalized, or special-order items are final sale. Contact us if you have questions before you order.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

• Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Email info@shoptinyhomeliving.com within 90 days of purchase.

• Defective means the item does not function as intended without visible shipping damage.

• Damaged means visible breakage or crushing from transit.

• Items damaged by customer misuse or improper assembly are not covered.

• Upon approval, we will send replacement parts or units at no charge. We may require photos and/or return of the damaged item to avoid being charged for replacements.

REFUNDS

• If a cancellation or approved return complies with this policy, we will refund the original product cost and any shipping charges to your original payment method.

• Allow time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.
