Note: Assembly instructions apply to the sauna structure only. All electrical work for the heater must be completed by a licensed electrician and is not included in these instructions.

Electrical Requirements:

• All heaters must be installed by a licensed electrician.
• Each heater requires a 220/240-volt hardwired connection.
• 6 kW heaters require a 30-amp circuit.
• 8 kW heaters require a 40-amp circuit.

Important Notes:

• Safety First: Do not place any combustible materials above, beside, or on the back wall where your heater is mounted. Keep the area directly above and around the heater clear at all times.
• Delivery & Installation: All saunas are shipped as DIY kits and arrive unassembled. Installation services are not included. If you have questions about installation or need recommendations for local installers, please contact our sales team.
• Scheduling Installers: Wait until both your heater and sauna kit have arrived before scheduling electricians or contractors. While we strive to provide accurate delivery estimates, occasional delays may occur due to high demand or third-party shipping issues.

• Free Shipping: Complimentary shipping is available within the 48 contiguous United States.
• Curbside Delivery: Your sauna will be delivered curbside, meaning the driver will unload it at the curb or the entrance to your driveway.
• Shipping Methods: Saunas are shipped via LTL (less-than-truckload) carriers.
• Delivery Notifications: You’ll receive a shipping notification and a call from the carrier to coordinate delivery. Please be flexible with the carrier’s pre-scheduled delivery times.
• Estimated Dates: Shipping dates on our website are estimates. While we strive for timely delivery, unforeseen delays may occasionally occur.
• Additional Fees: Deliveries to islands, rural areas, cul-de-sacs, limited-access roads, or locations where lift-gate/curbside service is not possible—or if the customer is unavailable for the scheduled delivery—may incur extra charges.

Sauna 2-Year Limited Warranty
Our saunas come with a 2-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects, including issues with the wood. This warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse or negligence. Shipping damage is also covered, provided it is reported immediately upon delivery.

Lighting Warranty
Sauna lighting is covered by a 1-year warranty.

The warranty is void if:

• The sauna or its components are modified in any way.
• The product is not installed according to the provided instructions.
• Damage results from misuse, improper handling, or negligence.
